Founder & CEO of Adepa Foods LLC, Nora Allen Powell, is a visionary entrepreneur whose journey from Ghana to the United States has been defined by passion, perseverance, and purpose. A natural-born chef, she began cooking for her community as a teenager and has since transformed that love for food into a thriving business that celebrates the richness of African and Caribbean cuisine.

With a Master of Science in Health Services Management and over two decades of leadership and program development experience, Nora blends professional expertise with cultural pride to build one of the most promising food brands in the U.S.

She continues to uplift others through her generosity, while leading Adepa Foods with the same warmth, authenticity, and dedication that have defined her life’s work. When she is serving her community, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dave and children Alma and Jayden.
